Burnout to 10x Solopreneur in 10 Days

One AI system that remembers everything and lets you compete with $2M funded teams

TRUSTED BY PEOPLE FROM

My Story

In 2024, I left my job leading engineering for Stack Overflow's core Q&A product. I'd spent 10 years there, helped scale it to 100M monthly users, and was part of the team that saw it acquired for $1.8B. I loved that place—but I knew it was time to bet on myself.

I got a front row seat to the AI revolution. I believed it would transform the way we build and maybe, just maybe, it could let me do something different: Avoid early fundraising and dilution. Skip the stress of a big team and endless growth targets. And still move fast—without burning out. That was my thesis: that a solo founder could use AI to match the output of a $2M funded team and protect their well-being.

But that vision didn't match my reality.

The year that followed was brutal. I went from one pivot to another. Nothing stuck. I was overwhelmed, constantly context-switching, juggling too many tools and too little clarity. Friends and family were worried. My relationship started to fall apart. My diet slipped, I stopped working out, and I was running on fear and caffeine. I didn't recognize myself.

And meanwhile, it felt like everyone else was blasting ahead—raising huge rounds, shipping fast, grabbing headlines. I believed in AI. But I also felt like I was missing the wave.

I tried piecing together every tool I could find—ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Notion—along with custom automations to bridge the gaps. But it wasn't working. None of it helped me feel the leverage I'd hoped for, and I was left with a web of scattered notes and half-finished projects.

Then one insight changed everything

I realized the problem wasn't me. It was that everything I needed—my thoughts, my work, my relationships, my emotions—was fragmented. And because of that, I was never building on solid ground and kept starting over.

That single realization completely changed how I worked, how I felt, and how I built.

Introducing Integer

Good morning. How are you feeling today?

Last time we talked, you said your top goals for this week were:
– Get a few more testers for the MVP
– Publish something to grow your audience
– Stay consistent with morning reflection and walks

You made solid progress on the build last week. Want to explore some content ideas based on your recent notes?
Yeah, I've been pushing hard lately—trying to feel good about the work we're doing. Let's brainstorm. Can you look through last week's entries and pull out a few blog post directions?
Read("/journal/2024-06-16.md")
Read("/journal/2024-06-17.md")
Read("/journal/2024-06-18.md")
Read("/journal/2024-06-19.md")
Read("/journal/2024-06-20.md")
Read("/journal/2024-06-21.md")
Read("/journal/2024-06-22.md")
Based on your notes and tagged reflections, here are five ideas you might explore:

1. Why most automation tools overwhelm early-stage founders
2. A solo founder's guide to running growth experiments with AI
3. Behind the scenes: How I built my MVP in two weeks
4. The emotional cost of startup chaos
5. Tools I wish existed when I left my job to go solo
Can you look at the advisor personas we've saved and tell me who might help me think through which to pursue?
Search("/advisors/", "strategy|growth|founder")
Read("/advisors/scott-galloway.md")
Read("/advisors/paul-graham.md")
Read("/advisors/joel-spolsky.md")
– Scott Galloway would likely push for #2—focused, strategic, clear ROI
– Paul Graham might lean toward #5—personal, thoughtful, founder-focused
– Joel Spolsky would gravitate to #4—emotionally grounded, humane

These aren't rules—just lenses. Want to follow any of them?
Let's go with two and five. Can you check who might be good to send drafts to?
Search("/people/", "early_reader|content-aware")
Read("/people/jasmine.md")
Read("/people/arjun.md")
Read("/people/cam.md")
Based on your CRM and journal tags:
– Jasmine, content strategist, gave sharp notes on your last post
– Arjun, solo founder, recently asked about growth loops
– Cam, newsletter writer, commented on your Substack last week
Awesome. Can you write those essays in my voice, and draft outreach notes for each?
Create("/essays/drafts/ai-growth-experiments.md", content=draft_1)
Create("/essays/drafts/tools-i-wish-existed.md", content=draft_2)
Create("/outreach/drafts/jasmine-message.md", content=message_1)
Create("/outreach/drafts/arjun-message.md", content=message_2)
Create("/outreach/drafts/cam-message.md", content=message_3)
Update("/journal/2024-06-23.md", entry=session_summary)
– Saved both drafts to /essays/drafts/
– Queued messages to Jasmine, Arjun, and Cam
– Logged this session in your journal
– All updates linked back to your top goals for the week

Since you didn't sleep well—and you mentioned last week that walks help reset your energy—why don't you take one now?

I've got this. Go be human for a bit.
Good call. I'll go do that.

How It Works

1

Journal with your AI

Every time you talk to Integer—whether you're brainstorming, reflecting, debugging, or making a decision—it's automatically logged in your journal. No need to organize. No manual capture. Your system remembers everything, so you don't have to.

Over time, this becomes a trusted memory layer that holds your ideas, patterns, and progress.

2

Create at the speed of thought

Integer turns your journal into output. It can:

  • • Generate essays and blog posts from past reflections
  • • Update your CRM profiles and outreach based on conversations
  • • Write code, generate PRDs, and help you ship products from scratch

Everything you create is linked to the moment it came from—and ready to build on next time.

3

Think and ship exponentially

Because every interaction and artifact lives in one private, extensible workspace, your system gets faster and smarter over time. Each moment of clarity makes the next one easier. Each action deepens the context.

This is what leverage actually feels like.

Use It Your Way

Integer evolves with you. It starts simple—but as your system grows, it can become anything you need:

Your Private Journal

Reflect naturally—voice, text, or chat. Integer captures your thinking over time and builds a memory system you can always return to.

Your Lightweight CRM

Mention someone in conversation? Integer tracks them. It builds rich, private profiles with context, timing, and next steps—automatically.

Your Content Engine

Use past reflections to generate essays, newsletters, or outreach. Integer helps you write in your voice, with real substance drawn from your work and thinking.

Your Development Companion

Build faster by staying in flow. Integer helps you write and refactor code, scope features, debug, and generate docs—while keeping track of what you're building and why.

The Transformation

Before Integer

  • × Multiple scattered AI subscriptions
  • × Constantly context-switching and copy-pasting
  • × Feeling behind while everyone else ships faster
  • × Running on fear and caffeine, burning out
  • × Ideas scattered, no clear momentum

After Integer

  • One unified system that remembers everything
  • Working in flow, building 10x faster
  • Competing with $2M funded teams solo
  • Clear-headed, energized, in control
  • Every idea captured, building on solid ground

"After that first day I focused for like 7 straight hours solid flow state I was like I need to chill"

Common Questions

How is this different from just using ChatGPT or Claude?

Those are AI tools. Integer is an AI system. It remembers everything, maintains context across sessions, and turns scattered conversations into compound intelligence. It's like the difference between a calculator and Excel.

Do I need to be technical to use Integer?

Right now, yes. You need to be comfortable with git, markdown, and basic command line. We're starting with technical founders who can handle the setup. Consumer-friendly version coming later.

What exactly do I get for free?

White-glove setup of the exact system I use daily. I personally onboard you, customize it for your workflow, and ensure you achieve the same productivity gains. This week only - completely free setup that normally costs hundreds.

Is this just another productivity course?

No. This is a working system, not theory. I use Integer to run my business every day. You get the exact setup, not videos about productivity. The proof: I built Integer using Integer.

Why only 5 onboardings per week?

Because I'm doing personal onboarding for each person. Quality over quantity. Each cohort gets my full attention to ensure success. Once this week's 5 spots sell out, setup becomes $100.

Stop Watching. Start Building.

You can keep burning money on scattered AI tools, or you can get the system that actually works.
